Return Policy
At Weave and Wander Yarn Shop, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that occasionally you may need to return an item. Please review our return policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
Items purchased from Weave and Wander Yarn Shop are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date with the original receipt. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Once we receive your returned item, it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. Returning a product to us does not guarantee a refund if the product is determined to have been used, damaged, or missing original packaging. There will be no exceptions to our policy if the item returned is damaged.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Clearance and sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return for an online purchase:
- Please contact Weave and Wander at customerservice@weaveandwanderyarn.com with your order number and the items you intend to return.
- Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
For in-store purchase, please bring the merchandise with original receipt into the store.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt by calling the store or emailing customerservice@weaveandwanderyarn.com. Please be prepared to send pictures of the packaging as well as the damaged items.
We will provide instructions for returning the item and will either replace it or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
Policy Changes:
Weave and Wander Yarn Shop reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
