All staff was very helpful and friendly

All staff was very helpful and friendly. At first, I didn't want to pay such a premium price for a crochet hook. Thinking about its ergonomics and new to me design I decided to try it. The addi Swing hook has been terrific. I've used it to make the ribbed banding for a sweater I just stated. Also, great explanation as to what is a #7 hook versus a G and G+. Just the masterminds of crocheting not agreeing with 'naming' hooks that makes sense. Thank you for all your assistance, you have always been extremely helpful in answering by questions.
